  • Your data belongs to you. Agencies and their clients own the figures, business details, logos, posts and other content they provide. We do not claim ownership of it.
  • Catchment belongs to us. We own the software, design and documentation. These terms do not transfer any ownership of Catchment to you.
  • Our permission to use your data. You allow us to host, copy, process and display your data only as needed to run Catchment for you. This includes producing reports, publishing posts you ask for and keeping backups.

Availability

  • We aim to keep Catchment available. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We provide it on a best efforts basis.
  • Where we can, we will give notice before planned maintenance that is likely to interrupt the service.
  • Catchment depends on platforms we do not control, such as Google, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Bing. A platform may change its rules, its data or its interfaces, or stop offering a service. When this happens, some features may stop working or be delayed. We will try to restore them.
